Hello, I recently went on a tour in rome organized by your company. I decided to send you this message to tell you what you can improve on your tours.
We had a fantastic guide but he got seek on the the last day. You may need a guide who can replace the other if there is a problem.
You shell also change the guidebook, it was not useful at all.
And finally you shell add some casts of admission to monuments.
Anyway I enjoyed the tour and it was fantastic hope you will make the changes that I rote here and your company will become even better.
