I am comfortable with both. Face-to-face communication allows a better understanding of the transaction and it's easier to ask different questions, while online allows me to purchase from the comfort of my home.

I think the next technological breakthrough will be more eco friendly,regarding the state of our environment.

Cutting-edge technology has a high cost in order to limit who uses them, most of the time being informed people who work in this domain and can afford to.
