I think young people are more ambitious than older people. This is because young people have more energy, time and they find searching fun. On other hand, older people don't have much energy, less or limited time, other objectives or work to get done.
In my opinion, the best way to measure how successful someone is through their actions, objectives, time and maybe by their expressions.
To explain this: successful people don't have unlimited time because they're busy doing their hobby and improving their skills. They set goals and get them done as soon as possible. Some successful people have different expressions(this can be false but it's what I think).
