Mostly I like going for walks, the reason why I am doing that, basically in every day, it's because when I get outside especially in the forest, I'll feel automatically otherwise, the nature, the trees, the sun are changing you, I can feel the power of nature in my body, it's enjoyble, it's amazing, especially If you are alone, seems cool, just try somewhen to go and walks somewhere alone, conect your self with sun, with nature, its a whole wit. it's annoying to still staying in phones, comtures, all of them are destroying us as human, we forget to enjoy of like, how we should do it:)
