When i got off the plane, they told we they have lost my suitcase. I was so angry, i started yelling at them but my mom told me yo calm down and so i did. They told me that we had to wait a couple of minutes to find it but instead of waiting 20 minutes we had to stay there 5 more hours just to complete the protocol. Well they didn't find it at that time so they send us home, but before that we had to give our name , phone number and our adress so they can sent the suitcase when they find it, and if they didn't they were suppose to pay to replace everything was in that bag. After a week i finally got a call, and yes i got my suitcase back. So that's my story time from the Christmas holliday.
